Login fail

Hi,



I try to login but the only message I get is "Error connecting to server".

Is it offline again ?

It's not offline :/

I've tried on 4 diff computers and all give the same Error....! :-(

Its cause your using no-ip, u need that DUC program running when u turn your computer on. Its something new they've done.

It's online now! It went off becuz my dad switched off my fkin internet.. cuz i woke up my bro speakin on skype..I'll probably just buy a pc and host it on there at christmass or just get a vps when we hit 15-20 members

How about... When you can't connect, it's offline. Donal doesn't run this off of a VPS, meaning it most likely won't be on 24/7. If the Runelocus thing says it's online at the beginning of the forums, and you can't connect, it's really offline. The server status takes about an hour to update, more or less. Just wait for Donal to either wake up, or come back to the computer. If you donated it would be easier to run it off of a VPS. Non-RSGP of course.

EDIT: Donal, since i'm not admin anymore, change my reputation thing from yellow to green. I did that on purpose.

If it says its online its because his computer is on and the no-ip program is running but the run.bat for source isnt running. Which is the offline problem. If it says the ip is offline then its the DUC Program and not the .bat.

And it's offline again =.=

Yeah.... VPS would be great.. Or keep an eye on his PC.

I guess it's the new DUC thing he has t o start.

BTW i don't think people will donate, when already now the server is often offline.

I know he needs donations for a VPS server but i dont think you will find enough peeps to sponsor it.

The most peeps wanna play for free and have fun. WHen the server is too often offline the players will look for another privateserver and try it over there.

I stay here because the people here i know seems to be nice and they listen to suggestions etc. etc.

I'm sorry I was playing football and I left the svr on but I just found out my dad switched it off.. I'll ask my dad to buy a vps tomorrow.
