1) Will the Cache download? No? Well then you forgot to extract the cache into your :C(Home) drive!
2) Run.bat opening then quickly closing, same for compiler. Right click run.bat and compiler.bat and click edit.
replace your jdk and jre versions. If you don't have jdk then download at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/java-se-jdk-7-download-432154.html
If you run a x32 Bit computer download the x86
If you don't know how to check your jdk and jre versions go to :C/program files/java.
